Do I need my own LLM API keys?
Yes. You connect your own Gemini, Groq Cloud, xAI Grok or OpenAI accounts, and can assign different ones to each website.
Is Groq the same as Grok?
No. Groq Cloud and xAI Grok are separate providers and are configured separately.
Which languages are supported?
English and Arabic, with Jordanian, Saudi, Iraqi, Syrian and Egyptian dialect options and neutral Arabic fallback.
Does my business data move into VoxNora?
No. Your website remains the system of record. VoxNora reads approved data through a secure connection.
When are WhatsApp and phone agents available?
Social channels are planned for Phase 2 and phone/VoIP for Phase 3. They are labeled 'Coming soon' until verified.
